    Akkodis is seeking a Developer for a contract with a client in Sunnyvale, CA. The candidate must have strong expertise in Java backend development using Spring Boot to be considered.

    Rate Range: $41/hour to 56/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

     

    Developer job responsibilities include:

    • Design, develop, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code based on project requirements.

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

    • Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software to improve performance and functionality.

    • Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge across the team.

    • Ensure the application meets security, scalability, and performance standards.

    • Stay updated with emerging technologies and apply them to improve development processes.

     

    Required Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

    • 2–5 years of experience in software development, preferably in backend or full-stack roles.

    • Client requires strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot for building scalable digital applications.

    • Client expects hands-on experience with DevOps practices and agile development methodologies.

    Pay Details: $41.00 to $56.00 per hour
