Akkodis is seeking a Developer for a Contract with a client in Tampa, FL. The ideal candidate must have telecom domain expertise and the ability to guide teams through SAFe Agile practices, including system design, E2E testing, and stakeholder coordination.
Rate Range: $40/hour to 41/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Developer job responsibilities include:
Design and develop microservices and APIs using Java and Spring Boot to support digital telecom solutions.
Lead and participate in end-to-end testing across telecom service assurance and equipment domains.
Guide the development team through SAFe Agile practices including system analysis, design, coding, testing, and documentation.
Coordinate defect tracking and resolution, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
Prepare and deliver daily, weekly, and monthly reports for internal and client stakeholders.
Host meetings with customers and manage stakeholder communication to align project goals and expectations.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
6–10 years of experience in Java development, API management, and microservices architecture.
Must have hands-on experience in telecom domains such as service assurance, planning, and equipment, with strong E2E testing capabilities.
Proven ability to lead teams using SAFe Agile methodology, including system analysis, design, coding, testing, and stakeholder communication.

Pay Details: $40.00 to $41.00 per hour
