Developer

Akkodis is seeking a Developer for a Contract with a client in Atlanta, GA. The ideal candidate must demonstrate expertise in incident triage, warehouse process support, troubleshooting integration, and ensuring high system availability and operational continuity.

Rate Range: $45/Hour to $53/Hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Developer Job Responsibilities include:

• Provide L2/L3 production support for Manhattan Active Warehouse Management (MAWM), ensuring system stability, performance, and timely incident resolution.

• Troubleshoot and resolve warehouse operational issues across receiving, putaway, replenishment, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory management processes.

• Monitor and support MAWM integrations with ERP, OMS, TMS, WCS, MHE automation, and robotics platforms, including MIF log analysis and interface troubleshooting.

• Perform root cause analysis (RCA), manage critical incidents, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to minimize operational disruptions.

• Develop and maintain support documentation, runbooks, SOPs, and knowledge articles to improve support efficiency and operational continuity.

• Create and support Manhattan SCI reports and dashboards, providing insights into inventory flow, order processing, labor utilization, and warehouse performance metrics.

 

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

• 8-10+ years of experience supporting Warehouse Management Systems, with strong hands-on experience in Manhattan Active Warehouse Management (MAWM).

• Proven expertise in L2/L3 production support, incident management, root cause analysis, and warehouse operations including inventory, fulfillment, and distribution processes.

• Strong experience supporting MAWM integrations with ERP, OMS, TMS, WCS/MHE automation platforms, including Manhattan Integration Framework (MIF) troubleshooting.

Pay Details: $45.00 to $53.00 per hour
