    Akkodis is seeking a Developer for a contract with a client in Bentonville, AR. You will be responsible for managing database performance and reliability and supporting data migration and integration processes.

    Rate Range: $37/hour to 49/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

     

    Developer job responsibilities include:

    • Manage and maintain SQL databases, ensuring optimal performance, security, and reliability.

    • Develop backend solutions and data-driven applications, integrating SQL queries and procedures.

    • Perform database tuning, backups, and recovery operations, supporting high availability and disaster recovery plans.

    • Collaborate with development teams to design efficient data models and support application requirements.

    • Monitor and troubleshoot database issues, implementing solutions to improve system performance.

    • Ensure compliance with data governance and security standards, maintaining documentation and audit trails.

     

    Required Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

    • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in SQL database administration and backend development.

    • Strong hands-on experience with SQL Server or other relational databases, including performance tuning and backup strategies.

    • Ability to manage data migration, ensure database reliability, and support development teams with optimized queries and procedures.

    Pay Details: $37.00 to $49.00 per hour
