Akkodis is seeking a Developer for a contract with a client in Columbus, OH. Candidates must have strong hands-on experience with React, Next.js, and Node.js to build scalable, high-performance web applications.
Rate Range: $41/hour to 49/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Developer job responsibilities include:
Design and develop scalable web applications using React, Next.js, and Node.js frameworks.
Implement responsive UI components and optimize performance, SEO, and security features.
Collaborate with UX/UI designers and backend teams to deliver seamless user experiences.
Write clean, maintainable, and testable code using JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern frontend technologies.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development practices.
Utilize DevOps tools and version control systems like Git, Docker, and Kubernetes for efficient deployment and collaboration.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
6–8 years of hands-on experience in front-end and full-stack development.
Strong proficiency in React, Next.js, Node.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
Proven ability to design and develop scalable, high-performance web applications with a focus on responsive UI and cross-functional collaboration.

Pay Details: $41.00 to $49.00 per hour
