    Akkodis is seeking a Developer for a contract with a client in Columbus, OH. Candidates must have strong hands-on experience with React, Next.js, and Node.js to build scalable, high-performance web applications.

    Rate Range: $41/hour to 49/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

     

    Developer job responsibilities include:

    • Design and develop scalable web applications using React, Next.js, and Node.js frameworks.

    • Implement responsive UI components and optimize performance, SEO, and security features.

    • Collaborate with UX/UI designers and backend teams to deliver seamless user experiences.

    • Write clean, maintainable, and testable code using JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern frontend technologies.

    • Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development practices.

    • Utilize DevOps tools and version control systems like Git, Docker, and Kubernetes for efficient deployment and collaboration.

     

    Required Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

    • 6–8 years of hands-on experience in front-end and full-stack development.

    • Strong proficiency in React, Next.js, Node.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript.

    • Proven ability to design and develop scalable, high-performance web applications with a focus on responsive UI and cross-functional collaboration.

    Pay Details: $41.00 to $49.00 per hour
