Developer

Akkodis is seeking a Developer for a Contract with a client in Mt Laurel, NJ. The ideal candidate is responsible for developing scalable backend services, RESTful APIs, and machine learning solutions to support business applications.

Rate Range: $40/hour to $41/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Developer Job Responsibilities include:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks for functional and regression testing.

• Create and execute automated test scripts using Java, Selenium, and TestNG to ensure software quality and reliability.

• Perform API testing and validation using tools such as Postman and RestAssured.

• Develop and execute database test automation to validate data integrity and system functionality.

• Analyze test results, debug issues, and collaborate with development teams to resolve defects efficiently.

• Support Agile Scrum teams through test planning, test execution, reporting, and continuous quality improvement initiatives.

 

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

• 8-10 years of experience in Software Testing, Quality Engineering, or SDET roles.

• Strong hands-on experience with Java, Selenium, TestNG, and automation framework development.

• Experience in API testing (Postman/RestAssured), database test automation, and Agile/Scrum environments.

Pay Details: $40.00 to $41.00 per hour
