    Akkodis is seeking a Developer for a Contract job with a client in Plano, TX(Hybrid). Responsibilities include supporting IT request management processes and developing complex catalog items.

    Rate Range: $49/hour to $64/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

     

    Developer job responsibilities include:

    • Create and maintain complex catalog items and custom widgets for ServiceNow.

    • Ensure efficient handling and governance of IT requests.

    • Support and govern IT knowledge management processes.

    • Configure workflows using Orchestrator and Workflow Editor to automate tasks.

    • Develop ServiceNow APIs, UI Pages, UI Macros, Business Scripts, and other customizations.

    • Customize Service Portal widgets and pages to enhance user experience and accessibility.

    • Administer, maintain, and enhance ServiceNow, ensuring optimal performance.

     

    Desired Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

    • Minimum of 5 years of ServiceNow implementation experience in large complex environments and at least 7 years of technology implementation experience.

    • Proficiency in ITSM modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, Knowledge, Reports, Security Operations, and integrations like LDAP, SSO, REST API.

    • Experience in developing complex catalog items and customizing Service Portal widgets and pages.

    Pay Details: $49.00 to $64.00 per hour
