Akkodis is seeking a Developer for a contract with a client in Plano, TX. The candidate must have hands-on experience in AWS infrastructure, automation, and application support to be considered for this role.
Rate Range: $45/hour to 49/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Developer job responsibilities include:
Support and maintain AWS infrastructure, networking, and cloud automation to ensure platform performance.
Independently provide application support, including coding, testing, debugging, and deploying applications.
Troubleshoot and maintain Java microservices, Spring Boot applications, and containerized workloads in EKS clusters.
Manage and support databases such as MongoDB, RDS, and Oracle.
Resolve issues across cloud services, including MuleSoft, Kafka, and various AWS components (EC2, S3, Lambda, etc.).
Utilize automation tools and scripting (Python, Bash, PowerShell) for infrastructure and application tasks.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 5+ years in cloud infrastructure and application support.
Hands-on experience with AWS services, cloud automation, and containerized deployments in EKS.
Strong troubleshooting skills across Java microservices, databases (MongoDB, RDS, Oracle), and integration tools like MuleSoft and Kafka.

Pay Details: $45.00 to $49.00 per hour
