    Akkodis is seeking a Developer for a contract with a client in Plano, TX. The candidate must have hands-on experience in AWS infrastructure, automation, and application support to be considered for this role.

    Rate Range: $45/hour to 49/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

     

    Developer job responsibilities include:

    • Support and maintain AWS infrastructure, networking, and cloud automation to ensure platform performance.

    • Independently provide application support, including coding, testing, debugging, and deploying applications.

    • Troubleshoot and maintain Java microservices, Spring Boot applications, and containerized workloads in EKS clusters.

    • Manage and support databases such as MongoDB, RDS, and Oracle.

    • Resolve issues across cloud services, including MuleSoft, Kafka, and various AWS components (EC2, S3, Lambda, etc.).

    • Utilize automation tools and scripting (Python, Bash, PowerShell) for infrastructure and application tasks.

    Required Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

    • Minimum of 5+ years in cloud infrastructure and application support.

    • Hands-on experience with AWS services, cloud automation, and containerized deployments in EKS.

    • Strong troubleshooting skills across Java microservices, databases (MongoDB, RDS, Oracle), and integration tools like MuleSoft and Kafka.

    Pay Details: $45.00 to $49.00 per hour
