Engagement Manager

Akkodis is seeking an Engagement Manager for a Contract with a client in Plano, TX. This role involves managing client relationships, coordinating with internal teams, and driving customer satisfaction and growth opportunities.

Rate Range: $30/hour to $33/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Engagement Manager Job Responsibilities include:

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication and strong relationship management.

• Lead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and client expectations.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align solutions with customer requirements and business goals.

• Drive customer satisfaction, retention, and identify opportunities for upselling or expanding services.

• Manage multiple engagements simultaneously while mitigating risks and resolving escalations efficiently.

• Continuously evaluate processes to identify improvements and enhance overall delivery effectiveness.

 

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field. 

• 4+ years of experience in customer engagement, client management, or project delivery roles. 

• Strong experience in Telecom domain with hands-on involvement in managing client engagements and projects. 

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and multitasking abilities with exposure to project.

Pay Details: $30.00 to $33.00 per hour
