    Akkodis is seeking an Engineer for a contract with a client in Omaha, NE. Candidates must have CCNA-level expertise and hands-on experience with routing, switching, and dynamic protocols like BGP, OSPF, and MPLS.

    Rate Range: $41/hour to 49/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

     

    Engineer job responsibilities include:

    • Design and develop systems, products, or processes that meet technical specifications and business requirements.

    • Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and performance analysis to ensure functionality, safety, and efficiency.

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project planning, execution, and delivery.

    • Prepare and maintain technical documentation including schematics, reports, and manuals.

    • Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality control procedures.

    • Continuously research and apply emerging technologies to improve engineering solutions and innovation.

     

    Required Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related discipline).

    • 3–5 years of relevant engineering experience.

    • Proficiency in industry-standard tools such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or MATLAB.

    • Strong problem-solving skills and experience managing technical projects from concept to completion.

    Pay Details: $41.00 to $49.00 per hour
