Engineer

Akkodis is seeking an Engineer for a Contract with a client in Raynham, MA. The ideal candidate will lead and manage global supply chain projects by coordinating cross-functional teams, driving supplier collaboration, and ensuring successful product launches and process excellence.

Rate Range: $37/hour to $43/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Engineer Job Responsibilities include:

• Lead and manage global supply chain projects, ensuring successful execution of product launches and supplier transitions.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams and external suppliers to drive sourcing, planning, qualification, and deployment activities.

• Track project timelines, manage risks, and ensure alignment with business objectives and supply chain readiness processes.

• Drive adherence to operational standards and support change management initiatives within ERP and PLM systems.

• Communicate effectively with stakeholders across all levels to ensure transparency and successful project delivery.

• Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and ensure timely completion of deliverables in regulated environments.

 

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or a related field required.

• 6–8 years of experience in supply chain, operations, engineering, or quality within regulated environments.

• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams, managing complex projects, and working with global suppliers.

• Strong expertise in project management, process improvement (Six Sigma/PMP preferred), and supply chain planning (S&OP/IBP) with change management in ERP/PLM systems.

Pay Details: $37.00 to $43.00 per hour
