Engineer

Akkodis is seeking an Engineer for a Contract with a client in Plano, TX. The ideal candidate is responsible for leading the design and delivery of scalable integration solutions while driving best practices and governance across Tibco and middleware platforms.

Rate Range: $53/hour to $56/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Engineer Job Responsibilities include:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of integration workflows using Tibco BusinessWorks and related middleware tools.

• Define and enforce technical standards, best practices, and governance for integration and middleware solutions.

• Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance integration platforms leveraging Java, Spring Boot, and microservices.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, conduct design reviews, and ensure successful project delivery.

• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and orchestration (Kubernetes) for efficient deployments.

• Perform code reviews, troubleshoot integration issues, and optimize performance while ensuring security and compliance standards.

 

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience in integration development, middleware, or solution architecture roles.

• Strong hands-on expertise in Tibco BusinessWorks, EMS, and middleware technologies along with Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture.

• Proven ability to design scalable integration solutions, enforce best practices, and lead technical teams while ensuring secure, high-quality enterprise integrations.

Pay Details: $53.00 to $56.00 per hour
