Akkodis, Inc. is seeking an ERP Systems Lead for a full-time direct hire role with an industry leader that is growing. The role is located in a suburb south of Cleveland, OH. The ERP Lead will be responsible for overseeing IT operations, with a strong focus on ERP (SAP LE) and WMS systems. Qualifications include 2+ years of experience in ERP system configurations or integrations.
Salary Range: $60-63K; salary negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors

ERP Systems Lead Job Responsibilities Include :
Lead and manage IT operations including SAP LE, WMS, and EDI integration projects
Provide technical leadership and hands-on support across enterprise applications
Plan and execute IT infrastructure upgrades, system integrations, and security measures
Oversee IT asset management and ensure compliance with internal policies
Develop documentation for systems architecture, processes, and procedures
Act as liaison between IT and business users to ensure system alignment with business needs
Coordinate with vendors and service providers to support and enhance IT services
Manage troubleshooting and resolution of system or network-related issues
Provide training, guidance, and mentorship to IT support staff
Maintain business continuity plans for IT systems and data recovery
Support cross-functional teams with technology strategies and implementations
Identify and learn appropriate software and hardware used and supported
by the organizationPerform hands-on fixes at the desktop level when remote tools are not appropriate, including hardware repairs, delivery of peripherals, or other fixes as determined
Test fixes to ensure an incident has been adequately resolved
Contribute to technician knowledgebase as needed
Provide suggestions for continual improvement
Qualifications:
· 2+ years ERP System experience in SAP LE or related ERP systems
· Knowledge in WMS; EDI is a plus
· Demonstrate leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage complex IT initiatives across departments
· Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills
· Highly organized and detail-oriented
· Strong leadership, communication, and team collaboration skills
· Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities
· Confidentiality and professionalism in dealing with sensitive data
· Proficiency in MS Office and enterprise IT management tools
