    Akkodis is seeking an Event and Marketing Coordinator for a contract job with a client in Atlanta, GA(Remote). Candidates must have experience with Salesforce and internal systems to manage logistics, reporting, and stakeholder communication effectively.

    Rate Range: $27/hour to 32/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

     

    Event and Marketing Coordinator job responsibilities include:

    • Support event execution and sponsorship activations by managing logistics, timelines, and internal coordination.

    • Maintain and update contact lists, load data into Salesforce and marketing tools, and manage campaign records.

    • Assist in drafting event communications, including invitations, confirmations, and follow-ups.

    • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for event supplies, approvals, and sponsorship deliverables.

    • Track budgets, invoices, and ROI metrics to support post-event reporting and documentation.

    • Research venues, promotional items, and sponsorship opportunities to support planning and execution.

     

    Required Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

    • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, events coordination, or administrative support.

    • Proficiency with Salesforce, Monday.com, and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

    Pay Details: $27.00 to $32.00 per hour
