Akkodis is seeking an Event and Marketing Coordinator for a contract job with a client in Atlanta, GA(Remote). Candidates must have experience with Salesforce and internal systems to manage logistics, reporting, and stakeholder communication effectively.
Rate Range: $27/hour to 32/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Event and Marketing Coordinator job responsibilities include:
Support event execution and sponsorship activations by managing logistics, timelines, and internal coordination.
Maintain and update contact lists, load data into Salesforce and marketing tools, and manage campaign records.
Assist in drafting event communications, including invitations, confirmations, and follow-ups.
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for event supplies, approvals, and sponsorship deliverables.
Track budgets, invoices, and ROI metrics to support post-event reporting and documentation.
Research venues, promotional items, and sponsorship opportunities to support planning and execution.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in marketing, events coordination, or administrative support.
Proficiency with Salesforce, Monday.com, and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Pay Details: $27.00 to $32.00 per hour
