Field Coordinator

We're Hiring: Field Coordinators

Are you ready to take on a dynamic role where you’ll manage various tasks and play a key part in the successful execution of automotive projects? We’re looking for two Field Coordinators to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for assigning cases, tracking schedules, reviewing survey results for accuracy, and handling follow-ups with SAs regarding any missing information. You’ll assist the field with questions, escalate issues with the OE, run reports, upload survey forms, and input tool survey results into our web-based program (SMI). Additionally, you'll review and verify the SAs’ AERs after submission.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assign work orders/cases to field staff or vendors based on skillset and case details.

• Coordinate logistics, ensuring the availability of necessary equipment or tools.

• Track, monitor, and follow up on case assignments to ensure timely completion.

• Provide updates to clients and internal teams as required.

• Prepare and submit status reports on a weekly basis or as needed.

• Assist with vendor onboarding and maintain accurate project tracking lists.

Requirements:

• Experience with MS Office, including MS Teams, Excel (pivot tables and VLOOKUP), and Word.

• Familiarity with Solomon and Salesforce is a plus, but training will be provided if necessary.

• Strong multitasking abilities, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• An associate degree or equivalent, and/or two years of customer service experience.

• Knowledge of the automotive service area is a bonus.

Pay Rate:

Based on experience $23-26

6 month contract with potential to convert

Training will be conducted on-site at our Plymouth office, after which you will transition to a remote work arrangement, with occasional office visits as needed.
 

Pay Details: $23.00 to $26.00 per hour
