Functional Consultant

Akkodis is seeking a Functional Consultant for a Contract with a client in Austin, TX. The ideal candidate with expertise designing and implementing advanced order fulfillment and product allocation solutions to optimize inventory availability, allocation, and order management processes.

Rate Range: $56/hour to $60/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Functional Consultant Job Responsibilities include:

• Configure, design, and support SAP Advanced Available-to-Promise (AATP) solutions, including product allocation, backorder processing, and order fulfillment optimization.

• Lead gATP to S/4HANA AATP migration initiatives, ensuring seamless transition of business processes and system functionality.

• Design and maintain product allocation models, planning structures, and ATP check strategies to improve inventory availability and order confirmation accuracy.

• Configure and support Rule-Based ATP (RBA), transportation scheduling, shipment scheduling, event-driven quantity assignment, and multi-level ATP (mATP) processes.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, supply chain teams, and technical resources to gather requirements and deliver scalable SAP order management solutions.

• Troubleshoot system issues, optimize SAP SCM processes, support testing, deployment, and continuous improvement activities across supply chain and order management functions.

 

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.

• 8-10 years of experience in SAP SCM, SAP APO gATP, and SAP S/4HANA AATP implementations and support.

• Strong expertise in S/4HANA AATP, APO gATP configuration, product allocation, Rule-Based ATP (RBA), backorder processing, and gATP to AATP migration projects.

• Hands-on experience with SAP BW objects, CIF integration, transportation and shipment scheduling, event-driven quantity assignment, and Sales Order Management processes.

Pay Details: $56.00 to $60.00 per hour
