    Akkodis is seeking a Help Desk Supervisor to lead our Service Desk team, drive process improvements, and provide advanced technical support. This role is key to shaping our endpoint infrastructure and delivering exceptional IT service. Find out more below!

    Pay/Salary Range: $85,000 to $110,000. The salary may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead, mentor, and develop Service Desk Analysts

    • Own escalation support, including after-hours and overnight shifts

    • Drive automation and service improvements

    • Manage endpoint standards, asset inventory, and Teams Voice telecom

    • Provide Level 3 support and lead incident resolution

    • Support cross-team collaboration and user satisfaction

    Qualifications:

    • 7–10+ years in IT, 3–5+ in leadership

    • Strong knowledge of Windows 11, macOS, Teams Voice, endpoint/device management

    • PowerShell scripting required

    • Familiar with ITSM/ITIL practices

    • Relevant certifications (A+, Microsoft MDAA, ITIL, ACSP, etc.)
