Help Desk Support Engineer

Akkodis is looking for a skilled IT Help Desk Support Engineer who enjoys being hands-on with both software and hardware technologies. This Help Desk Support Engineer will work in the office 5 days a week and must enjoy providing a high-level of customer service to internal employees.

Pay range and compensation package: Pay/Salary Range: $22/HR to $28/HR

Responsibilities:

• Provide end user support to local and remote end users.

• Maintain Both On-Premises and Cloud Microsoft Infrastructure Server, Client and Network Administration, Monitoring, and Issue Resolution.

• Configure, Deploy, and Manage End User Workstations, Mobile Devices and Peripherals.

• Configure, Deploy, and Manage Physical and Virtual Servers and Network Infrastructure.
