    Akkodis is seeking an IT Business Analyst III for a contract opportunity with a client located in Newark, DE. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in agile methodologies, business analysis, and cross-functional collaboration across IT and business teams.


    Pay Range: $50.00 – $53.00 /hour (W2). The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, and location.

    IT Business Analyst III Job Responsibilties include:

    • Act as a servant leader and facilitator between business, development teams, and IT, ensuring alignment of goals and requirements.

    • Guide agile teams to be self-organized, removing roadblocks and resolving issues or escalating when needed.

    • Work alongside project managers, stakeholders, and IT partners to plan, elicit, analyze, validate, and manage project requirements.

    • Lead solution design, test planning, and implementation support throughout the entire project lifecycle.

    • Apply agile and waterfall methodologies where appropriate and ensure transparency and consistent communication across teams.

    • Drive change management and quality assurance best practices within the development team.

    Desired Qualifications:

    • Minimum 7 years of experience in a technical product manager or agile analyst role in a project-driven environment.

    • Proven experience working on multiple projects simultaneously.

    • Strong hands-on knowledge of agile tools such as JIRA and Confluence.

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Intermediate Excel and Word.

    • Strong understanding of both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

    • Solid communication skills: presentation, facilitation, interviewing, and stakeholder engagement.

    Pay Details: $50.00 to $53.00 per hour
