    Akkodis is seeking an IT Development Professional for a contract job with a client in Orlando, FL. The ideal candidate must have a strong engineering or programming background to effectively support the customization and implementation of CPQ software.

    Rate Range: $57/hour to 60/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

     

    IT Development Professional job responsibilities include:

    • Collaborate with engineering and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement CPQ software solutions.

    • Develop, customize, and maintain software applications using object-oriented programming languages such as C#.

    • Manage and optimize SQL databases to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and performance.

    • Document technical specifications, workflows, and user guides to support system implementation and training.

    • Monitor project progress, report on key milestones, and proactively address risks and issues.

    • Support international collaboration, including occasional travel and flexible scheduling for global team meetings.

     

    Required Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Control Systems), or a related technical field.

    • Minimum of 3–5 years in software development, engineering, or CPQ system implementation.

    • Proficiency in object-oriented programming languages, ideally C#.

    • Strong knowledge of SQL database analysis and customization.

    Pay Details: $57.00 to $60.00 per hour
