Akkodis is seeking a IT Field Services Delivery Manager for a multi-site vendor implementation in a healthcare client based in Nashville, TN. This is a contract position that is onsite.
Pay/Salary Range: based on your experience: $55-70/hr W2
Job Description:
The IT Field Services Delivery Manager will be responsible for the implementation of a new vendor providing technical support and field services in a multi-site healthcare setting. Your experience with managing IT Field Service Technicians and/or IT Service Desk Analysts is crucial to your success in this role. Understanding the operations of technical support teams in healthcare considering HIPAA, and EHR technology is imperative. In addition, you will be responsible for successfully managing the phased approach to transition multiple healthcare sites, including hospitals, clinics and administrative offices to a new support vendor(s).
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in information technology, healthcare informatics, or related field is required
5+ years of progressive experience in IT service delivery, with at least 2 years in a healthcare setting.
Strong leadership skills and experience managing both field and service desk teams.
Deep understanding of healthcare IT systems, clinical workflows, and regulatory requirements.
Preferred experience supporting EHR systems (Epic, Cerner, McKesson, etc.)
Strong organizational, time management, and negotiation skills is required
Demonstrated professional written and verbal communication is required
