IT Manager

An IT Manager job in Holland, MI is available courtesy of Akkodis. We are seeking an experienced Technical Manager that has good strategic mindset and is able to assess the environment and make necessary recommendations on what is needed. You will oversee optimization of support activities and relationships with third party technology providers.

Pay: $90,000 - $115,000

IT Manager job responsibilities:

• Ensure maximum uptime of mission critical applications & supporting infrastructure throughout the enterprise

• Manage the phone system infrastructure and ensure flexibility and operational consistency

• Communicate, enforce and monitor IT department processes to ensure employee and customer satisfaction

• Create and maintain digital security safeguards and back up protocols throughout the enterprise to safeguard internal and customer data

Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree preferred

• Previous experience in an IT Manager role; minimum of 12+ yrs IT experience

• Strategic mindset – have long term perspective

• Experience with network infrastructure design, development and support
