AKKODIS is seeking and experienced, hands on IT leader for IT Manager role in Syracuse NY. The ideal candidate will have a strong background leading teams in Windows based environments supporting IT infrastructure and applications.
Responsibilities of the IT Manager Job in Syracuse, NY:
• Look after the maintenance of the computer systems and make sure that all the departments are functioning properly
• Design, develop, implement and coordinate systems, policies and procedures.
• Provide training and necessary assistance for the employees involved in implementation and maintenance of the software systems
• Coach IT staff by training, communicating job expectations and appraising their performance
• Help drive department transformation which may include streamlining processes and documentation, implementing data analytics & continuous audit, improving indicators & performance metrics,
