    Akkodis is seeking a Lead for a contract with a client in Boston, MA. The candidate will mentor a team managing 24x7 support for Azure Active Directory and Microsoft 365, while driving service reliability and operational excellence.

    Rate Range: $45/hour to 60/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

     

    Lead job responsibilities include:

    • Lead and mentor a team of engineers, fostering growth, technical excellence, and a customer-centric culture.

    • Oversee 24x7 operational support for Azure Active Directory, authentication systems, and Microsoft 365 collaboration tools.

    • Define and track team goals, KPIs, and service metrics to ensure high performance and continuous improvement.

    • Act as an escalation point for complex technical and operational issues, ensuring timely resolution.

    • Drive strategic initiatives and service reliability, aligning technical delivery with business objectives.

    • Collaborate across teams and stay current with emerging technologies, promoting innovation and operational excellence.

     

    Required Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

    • Minimum 6 years of experience in enterprise identity, collaboration technologies, and Azure environments.

    • Proven leadership experience in mentoring technical teams and managing 24x7 operational support.

    • Hands-on expertise with Azure Active Directory, Microsoft 365 tools, and incident response management.

    Pay Details: $45.00 to $60.00 per hour
