M365 Lead

Akkodis is seeking a M365 Lead for a Contract with a client in Napa, CA (Remote). This role requires strong expertise in M365 administration and PowerShell scripting to handle access management, MFA configurations, and infrastructure support.

Rate Range: $41/hour to $45/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

M365 Lead Job Responsibilities include:

• Provide L3 support for Microsoft 365 services including Teams, Exchange, and SharePoint, ensuring timely resolution of complex issues.

• Manage user access, permissions, and MFA configurations to maintain a secure and compliant environment.

• Develop and execute PowerShell scripts to automate administrative tasks and improve operational efficiency.

• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot incidents, and implement preventive measures for service stability.

• Collaborate with infrastructure and support teams to ensure seamless desktop and M365 service integration.

• Maintain documentation of configurations, processes, and issue resolutions for audit and knowledge sharing purposes.

 

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field. 

• 8–10 years of experience in Microsoft 365 administration and infrastructure support roles. 

• Strong hands-on experience in M365 services (Teams, Exchange, SharePoint), including L3 issue resolution and access management (MFA). 

• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and desktop/infrastructure management for automation and advanced.

Pay Details: $41.00 to $45.00 per hour
