    Akkodis is seeking a Maintenance Electrician for a Contract to hire job with a client in Wilton, CT. This role involves maintaining electrical distribution systems and troubleshooting control circuitry.

    Note: Shift: – 3rd Shift – Mon to Fri – 600 pm to 600am (2/2/3)

     

    Rate Range: $35/hour to $40/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

     

    Maintenance Electrician job responsibilities include:

    • Maintaining primary and secondary electrical distribution systems up to 600 volts.

    • Troubleshooting and maintaining control circuitry, variable frequency drives, and other special electrical systems.

    • Wiring outlets, relocating fixtures, and installing lighting and power panels.

    • Performing general building maintenance tasks, including plumbing and HVAC.

    • Reading and following blueprints and submitting electrician’s reports for completed work.

     

    Desired Qualifications:

    • HS diploma or Degree/Certification in Trades (Electrical).

    • Five or more years of experience in commercial, industrial, and manufacturing environments.

    • Journeyman’s license or completion of a four-year apprenticeship program.

    • Proven ability to read, interpret, and work from plans, schematics, and drawings.

    Pay Details: $35.00 to $40.00 per hour
