    Position Summary

    We are seeking skilled Maintenance Technicians to join our team at the Mars, PA facility. The Maintenance Technician will perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and emergency repairs on a wide range of industrial equipment. This role requires strong mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic skills to ensure efficient operation of production machinery in a high-demand manufacturing environment.


    Key Responsibilities

    • Perform scheduled preventative maintenance and emergency repairs on production equipment.

    • Inspect, monitor, dismantle, repair, clean, lubricate, and reassemble machinery and components.

    • Assemble, install, and maintain pipe systems, hydraulic and pneumatic equipment, valves, regulators, and gauges.

    • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with conveyors, motors, pulleys, bearings, chains, belts, gearboxes, and reducers.

    • Support line changeovers and dilution system setup to meet product specifications.

    • Collaborate with Production and Plant Managers to quickly resolve downtime issues.

    • Ensure compliance with all safety standards and maintain clean, organized work areas.


    Qualifications

    • 2+ years of experience in industrial equipment repair/maintenance in a manufacturing environment.

    • Strong foundation in mechanical and electrical systems with proven hydraulic and pneumatic troubleshooting experience.

    • Hands-on background with conveyors, pulleys, bearings, chains, belts, motors, gearboxes, and related equipment.

    • Technical school certificate or equivalent training preferred.

    • Farming equipment and/or automotive mechanic experience a plus.

    • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced production environment.


    Schedule

    • 1st Shift: Monday – Thursday, 9:00am–5:00pm; Friday, 6:00am–3:00pm (1 opening)

    • 2nd Shift: Monday – Thursday, 4:45pm–2:45am; overtime as needed (3 openings)

    • Sign-On Bonus: $5,000 (one-time)

    Pay Details: $30.00 to $34.00 per hour
