    Akkodis is seeking a Senior Network Manager for a fulltime onsite opportunity with our client in Bonita Springs, Florida. As the Senior Network Manager, you will lead technical efforts across teams to align solutions with organizational objectives, ensuring business requirements are effectively translated into project deliverables that support defined processes.

     

    Salary Range: $130,000/year to $160,000/year + Bonus

     

    Responsibilities:

    • Act as the primary operations contact for network and voice managed services, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and service requests in alignment with SLAs.

    • Handle escalations for operational challenges, ensuring timely and effective resolution of incidents and underlying issues.

    • Manage high-impact technical issues by aligning the right resources, setting timelines, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders until resolution.

    • Lead root cause analysis efforts and drive resolution strategies for recurring or complex problems.

    • Track and analyze performance metrics for network and voice infrastructure, providing regular updates to leadership.

    • Oversee vendor interactions related to network and voice services, including support coordination and performance evaluations.

    • Partner with cross-functional teams—including Network Engineering, Desktop Engineering, Cloud Services, and Applications—to deliver technical guidance and operational support for projects, initiatives, and day-to-day functions, ensuring systems remain secure, available, and high-performing.

    • Create and maintain documentation for workflows, procedures, and operational designs.

    • Prepare and deliver management reports summarizing project updates, issue tracking, and overall progress.

    • Manage departmental financial processes, including invoice tracking, budget planning, and capital/operational expense monitoring.

    • Support team development by mentoring, coaching, and fostering professional growth among team members.

     

    Desired Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, other related field or equivalent work experience.; advanced degree preferred.

    • 10+ years of experience in network and voice solutions

    • Experience managing telecom, hardware, and service vendors to meet business objectives and SLAs

    • Experience working with, designing, and supporting IP Telephony, Linux, Microsoft Server, VMware virtual environments, specifically datacenter networking
