    Role Overview: The Order Management Specialist will be responsible for handling order processing, managing customer inquiries, and ensuring timely delivery of products. Candidates must be detail oriented with strong communication skills. The role requires strong analytical skills and a focus on providing excellent customer service.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Input data into order and customer management system (SAP)

    Create new customers in SAP

    Process new orders / update existing orders in SAP; provide ETS dates; provide order confirmation or acknowledgement of PO receipt within 48hrs

    Working with the purchasing department in conjunction with using various functions within SAP to determine product specific lead times

    Providing order confirmation to the customer and communicating the estimated ship date

    Issuing Proforma Invoices for customers

    Verifying product stock and providing lead times

    Cross reference part numbers to ensure accuracy of customer purchase orders

    Confirming correct pricing on customer purchase orders

    Provide general administrative support to management team

    Communicate with Sales Organization to ensure customer satisfaction
    EDUCATION, SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & REQUIREMENTS:

    Associates degree desired but not required

    2-5 years of experience desired but not required

    Excellent PC skills, including MS Office.

    Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal and analytical skills

    Detail oriented and ability to multitask

    Spanish speaking desired but not required

    SAP experience preferred

    Ability to organize, manage and control various tasks

    Ability and willingness to work with minimal supervision
