Akkodis is seeking a Pega Developer for a Contract job with a client in Addison, TX (Hybrid). You will be responsible for designing and developing scalable, resilient applications, including reusable classes, UI design, and performance testing.
Rate Range: $66/hour to $76/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Pega Developer job responsibilities include:
Designing and developing scalable and resilient applications, including reusable classes, component designs, and UI designs that meet both functional and non-functional requirements.
Conducting QA for stories, test automation, package deployment, and verification, as well as monitoring applications post-deployment.
Reviewing Pega configurations and optimizing Oracle database queries for performance, including troubleshooting and resolving issues identified during load volume testing.
Participating in Agile scrum teams, conducting Pega code reviews, and ensuring adherence to guardrail compliance and UI design best practices, including Pega Cosmos implementation.
Designing and implementing Pega Enterprise Class Rules, Flows, Activities, Reports, Case Management, Integrations, Data Pages, Agents, and Dashboards.
Desired Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
5+ years of hands-on experience as a Senior Pega Developer, responsible for application design and development, including reusable classes, UI design, and troubleshooting.
Pega LSA certification is required.
Proven experience in Oracle SQL query optimization, performance testing, and Pega configuration, as well as Agile Scrum methodology.

Pay Details: $66.00 to $76.00 per hour
