Product Manager

Akkodis is seeking a Product Manager for a Contract job with a client in McLean, VA. Ideally looking for applicants with 2-3+ years as product managers with 1-2+ in payments.

The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Job Title: Product Manager:

Responsibilities:

• Led an engineering team to design and deliver payment product features for our customers, agents, and merchants

• Demonstrate knowledge and passion for API integrations, mobile, and web development

• Build a roadmap, own the backlog, and prioritize high-leverage feature builds grounded in both qualitative and quantitative data.

• Build and maintain partnerships with leaders and stakeholders to influence and advance the payments agenda

• Define, socialize, and monitor key performance metric indicators to understand the evolution and success of the product

• Apply strategic thinking to delivering product features that are well managed, including collaborating effectively with risk, compliance, legal, and privacy partners

This is a very high visibility role/project – Velocity Black is a luxury digital concierge company that Cap One bought.  They are building a very unique and high-end customer experience with this expansion.  This role is focused on payment intent.  Open to remote because she is looking for a strong match

 

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree or military experience

At least 2 years of product management experience or at least 2 years of experience in business analysis or software engineering

 

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Science, or Engineering

MBA or Master’s degree

3+ years of experience in agile product management

Pay Details: $44.00 to $46.00 per hour
