    Akkodis is seeking a Product Surveillance Analyst for a Contract job with a client in Minnetonka, MN. Candidates must have foundational knowledge or experience in post-market surveillance within the medical device or pharmaceutical industry.

    Rate Range: $28/hour to $30/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

     

    Product Surveillance Analyst job responsibilities include:

    • Review and classify adverse events and medically related complaints for on-market products, assessing seriousness, reportability, and potential causality.

    • Prepare and submit regulatory reports, including FDA Medical Device Reports (MDR) and reports to other competent authorities.

    • Support complaint handling investigations and ensure compliance with post-market surveillance procedures.

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate documentation of product issues and regulatory submissions.

     

    Desired Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare, life sciences, or related scientific field; or an associate degree with relevant complaint handling or regulatory experience.

    • 0–2 years of experience in post-market surveillance, preferably in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry.

    • Familiarity with adverse event classification, FDA MDR reporting, and regulatory compliance processes.

    • Ability to analyze product complaints and support documentation for regulatory submissions and internal investigations.

    Pay Details: $28.00 to $30.00 per hour
