    Akkodis is seeking a Program Manager for a Contract job with a client in Austin, TX. The ideal candidate will have strong program management experience, cross-functional leadership skills, and a background in eCommerce or multi-channel environments.

    Rate Range: $70.66/hour to $74.66/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

    Program Manager job responsibilities include:

    • Serve as the central point for ASO, connecting teams and workstreams to ensure a seamless customer experience and order integrity.

    • Collaborate on and influence online strategy at launch, owning content and feature plans with clear deliverables and timelines.

    • Track evolving priorities and manage trade-offs across WWPM, Marcom, Digital Merch, Finance, and Retail Commercial teams.

    • Drive operational and systems implementation readiness across internal and external systems (Ops, RCC, IS&T).

    • Analyze and track emerging risks, developing mitigation and contingency plans.

    Desired Qualifications:

    • 6+ years of program management experience delivering strategic initiatives.

    • Proven ability to connect workstreams to business priorities and influence cross-functional teams.

    • Experience working across multiple levels of a highly matrixed organization.

    • BS/BA degree required; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

    • Experience in eCommerce, Internet, or multi-channel environments.

    • Strong data-driven decision-making and strategic influence.

    Pay Details: $70.66 to $74.66 per hour
