Program / Project Manager (M365)

Akkodis is seeking a Program / Project Manager (M365) for a Contract job with a client in Kennesaw, GA/ Addison, TX/ Chandler, AZ / Chicago, IL(Hybrid). You will be responsible for maintaining the master project plan, tracking milestones across multiple projects, and delivering executive-level updates and presentations.

Rate Range: $70/hour to $73/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

 

Program / Project Manager (M365) job responsibilities include:

• Lead and manage the M365 program, overseeing multiple concurrent projects including Exchange Online and CoPilot implementations.

• Maintain and update the master project plan, ensuring alignment of timelines, milestones, and deliverables across all workstreams.

• Facilitate project meetings and stakeholder communications, providing clear and concise leadership updates through presentations and reports.

• Track progress and risks across projects, proactively identifying issues and driving resolution to keep initiatives on schedule.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical leads, business stakeholders, and executive leadership to ensure program success.

• Ensure program governance and documentation standards are met, supporting transparency and accountability throughout the project lifecycle.

 

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum of 7–10 years of experience in program or project management, with a focus on enterprise-level IT initiatives.

• Proven experience managing M365 programs, including Exchange Online and/or CoPilot implementations.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to deliver executive-level updates and manage cross-functional teams.

Pay Details: $70.00 to $73.00 per hour
