Program Specialist

Akkodis is seeking a Program Specialist for a Contract job with a client in Cupertino, CA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing multiple projects while ensuring high-quality customer service and support.

 

Rate Range: $78/hour to $84/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

 

Program Specialist job responsibilities include:

• Organizing and overseeing both long-term and ad hoc projects, ensuring they are completed efficiently and accurately.

• Providing high-quality support, including problem-solving and offering accurate information to users, particularly in access and registration.

• Assisting with the creation, upkeep, and editing of support process documentation and training materials.

• Working closely with management, project leads, and support agents to address issues and manage ambiguity.

• Adapting to a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and working quickly without sacrificing quality.

• Identifying and resolving routine issues in a timely and reliable manner, with a focus on customer satisfaction.

• Demonstrating strong time management skills and the ability to work independently and efficiently in a dynamic environment.

 

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree, an associate’s degree, or at least 2 years of equivalent work experience.

• 2+ years of experience in customer service, technical support, or program coordination.

• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a background in technical writing or editing preferred.

Pay Details: $78.00 to $84.00 per hour
