React JS Lead Developer

    Akkodis is seeking a React JS Lead Developer for a Contract job with a client in Las Vegas, NV(Hybrid). Candidates must have hands-on experience leading teams and building complex applications with modern frontend frameworks and tools like Webpack and JEST.

    Rate Range: $47/hour to $51/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

    React JS Lead Developer job responsibilities include:

    • Lead the development of responsive, user-facing features using React JS, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.

    • Build and maintain reusable components, ensuring performance optimization across all web-capable devices and browsers.

    • Integrate and consume RESTful APIs, enabling seamless communication between frontend and backend systems.

    • Implement state management using Redux, Redux Saga/Thunk, or React Query, and manage application logic effectively.

    • Conduct unit testing using frameworks like JEST or Karma to ensure code quality and reliability.

    • Mentor and guide a development team, participate in code reviews, and support Agile/Scrum delivery processes.

     

     Required Skills & Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

    • 7+ years of frontend development experience, with at least 3 years in a lead role.

    • Proficiency in React JS, TypeScript, Redux (Saga/Thunk), and experience building responsive, complex applications.

    • Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide a development team and troubleshoot critical issues in an Agile/Scrum environment.

    Pay Details: $47.00 to $51.00 per hour
