    Akkodis is seeking a SAS Administrator for a Contract job with a client in Cleveland, OH. The ideal candidate will have experience in SAS administration and support, with strong proficiency in Linux/Windows server environments, scripting, and SAS Viya deployments.

    Rate Range: $52.27 to $53.03/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

    SAS Administrator job responsibilities include:

    • Perform SAS administration and support activities across SAS 9.0X architecture (Metadata server, Object Spawner, Workspace server) and SAS Viya.

    • Administer Linux/Windows servers and perform shell scripting for automation and maintenance.

    • Manage SAS SMC and SAS Environment Manager for monitoring and configuration.

    • Handle data security management and ensure compliance with enterprise standards.

    • Install and configure SAS environments and perform performance tuning.

    • Support cloud-based deployments and integrations.

    • Work with databases such as Oracle and SQL Server.

    Desired Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s Degree.

    • 8+ years of experience in SAS administration and support.

    • Proficiency in Linux/Windows server administration and shell scripting.

    • Experience with SAS Viya, SAS SMC, and SAS Environment Manager.

    • Strong understanding of data security, performance tuning, and automation.

    • Familiarity with cloud environments and database technologies (Oracle, SQL Server).

    • Experience in the banking domain is preferred.

    Pay Details: $52.27 to $53.03 per hour
