    Akkodis is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator for a Contract job with a client in Bartlesville, OK. You will manage timelines, monitor progress, and support project managers in ensuring contract compliance and customer satisfaction.

    Rate Range: $38/hour to $40/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

    Scheduling Coordinator job responsibilities include:

    • Develop and maintain project schedules by gathering requirements and coordinating with internal teams.

    • Monitor project progress, identify delays or issue, and take corrective actions to ensure timelines are met.

    • Support Project Managers by handling routine scheduling tasks and assisting with more complex assignments.

    • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity on project timelines and deliverables.

    • Utilize Microsoft Excel and data analytics tools to track performance metrics and generate scheduling reports.

    • Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance scheduling efficiency and customer satisfaction.

     

     Required Skills & Qualifications:

    • Associate or bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project Management, or a related field (preferred).

    • 2–3 years of experience in scheduling, project coordination, or a similar administrative role.

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, with strong data analysis capabilities.

    • Excellent communication and organizational skills to manage timelines and coordinate across teams.

    Pay Details: $38.00 to $40.00 per hour
