    We’re seeking a skilled and friendly Front Office Ambassador to join our team.

    The Front Desk Ambassador will be the first point of contact for our clients, customers, and visitors. They will play a critical role in creating a great first impression.

    In this role, the Front Desk Ambassador will be expected to serve as the initial point of contact for clients, customers, and visitors, while providing excellent customer service.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Process clients, customers, and guests.
    • Answer telephone calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
    • Read and send emails.
    • Collaborate with Executive Administrators daily.
    • Handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
    • Assisting with incoming executive deliveries
    • Maintaining a clean and professional work environment.

    Required skills and qualifications:

    • Excellent verbal and written communications.
    • Corporate interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to prioritize tasks and great organizational capabilities.
    • Competency in managing time and problem solving.
    • Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for providing exceptional service.
    • 1–2 years of experience in a similar job or other customer-facing roles.
    • Proficiency in using computers and other office equipment.
    • Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment with multitasking ability.
    • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (MS Word and MS Excel).
    • College degree preferred.

     

    Pay Details: $90.00 to $100.00 per hour
