Akkodis is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer for a contract with a client in St. Paul, MN. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and updating product artwork, managing labeling formats, and ensuring compliance with corporate standards.
Rate Range: $50/hour to 52/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Senior Electrical Engineer job responsibilities include:
Design and construct prototype tools, fixtures, and printed circuit boards (PCBs) for development and testing purposes.
Conduct evaluations, tests, and fault isolation on breadboards and hybrid systems to ensure functionality and feasibility.
Document engineering activities, including specifications, schematics, and mechanical layouts for tool release and control.
Ensure compliance with FDA regulations and company procedures, maintaining high standards in a regulated environment.
Collaborate across teams and with external vendors, supporting project development and minimizing delays.
Utilize advanced computer skills and engineering tools to support design, analysis, and reporting activities.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related engineering field.
Minimum 7 years of relevant engineering experience.
Proven expertise in prototype PCB layout, tool construction, and engineering testing/reporting.
Strong understanding of FDA regulations and experience working in a regulated, cross-functional environment.

Pay Details: $50.00 to $52.00 per hour
