Senior Electrical Engineer

Akkodis is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer for a contract with a client in St. Paul, MN. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and updating product artwork, managing labeling formats, and ensuring compliance with corporate standards.

Rate Range: $50/hour to 52/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

 

Senior Electrical Engineer job responsibilities include:

• Design and construct prototype tools, fixtures, and printed circuit boards (PCBs) for development and testing purposes.

• Conduct evaluations, tests, and fault isolation on breadboards and hybrid systems to ensure functionality and feasibility.

• Document engineering activities, including specifications, schematics, and mechanical layouts for tool release and control.

• Ensure compliance with FDA regulations and company procedures, maintaining high standards in a regulated environment.

• Collaborate across teams and with external vendors, supporting project development and minimizing delays.

• Utilize advanced computer skills and engineering tools to support design, analysis, and reporting activities.

 

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related engineering field.

• Minimum 7 years of relevant engineering experience.

• Proven expertise in prototype PCB layout, tool construction, and engineering testing/reporting.

• Strong understanding of FDA regulations and experience working in a regulated, cross-functional environment.

Pay Details: $50.00 to $52.00 per hour
