    Akkodis is seeking a Senior Engineer for a contract with a client in Collegeville, PA. Candidates must have strong LS domain knowledge and proven experience in strategic problem-solving and stakeholder communication.

    Rate Range: $49/hour to 64/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

     

    Senior Engineer job responsibilities include:

    • Lead the design and development of advanced engineering solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and alignment with business goals.

    • Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering technical growth and promoting best practices across the team.

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation, resolve complex issues, and deliver high-impact projects.

    • Conduct system architecture reviews and performance optimizations, ensuring robust and efficient infrastructure.

    • Manage project timelines, risks, and deliverables, contributing to strategic planning and execution.

    • Stay current with emerging technologies, recommending and implementing improvements to enhance engineering capabilities.

     

    Required Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field (master’s preferred).

    • Minimum of 8–10 years in engineering roles with demonstrated leadership and technical expertise.

    • Proven experience in leading complex engineering projects and mentoring junior team members.

    • Strong proficiency in system architecture, performance optimization, and cross-functional collaboration.

    Pay Details: $49.00 to $64.00 per hour
