    Akkodis is seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer for a Contract job with a client in Remote. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in manual and automated testing of .NET applications, with the ability to coach other QA team members in automation practices.

    Rate Range: $50/hour to $52/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

    Senior Quality Assurance Engineer job responsibilities include:

    • Perform Manual, Smoke, Sanity, Regression, and UAT testing on .NET applications.

    • Build and maintain test scripts using Playwright or Selenium.

    • Coach and mentor QA team members in automation testing practices.

    • Lead quality assurance activities and projects.

    • Develop and execute test plans and test cases.

    • Collaborate with development teams to ensure quality standards are met.

    • Provide regular updates and reports on testing progress and results.

    • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact software quality.

    • Foster a collaborative and productive work environment within the QA team.

    Desired Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field.

    • Experience leading QA activities and managing QA projects.

    • Proficiency in Agile methodology, SDLC, SQA, and test automation.

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

    • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

    • Preferred certification: Certified Software Quality Engineer (CSQE) or equivalent.

    Pay Details: $50.00 to $52.00 per hour
