    Akkodis is seeking a Site Manager for a Contract job with a client in Atlanta, GA. The ideal candidate demonstrates expertise in building systems and safety, coordinates repairs, and ensures timely, accurate reporting.

     

    Rate Range: $30/hour to $33/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

     

    Site Manager job responsibilities include:

    • Coordinating building operations, including vendor and client liaison.

    • Overseeing facility repairs, maintenance, and site inspections.

    • Ensuring safety, security, and cleanliness of the facility.

    • Managing documentation, reports, and compliance records.

    • Planning and controlling budgets for contracts, supplies, and equipment.

     

    Desired Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or related field.

    • 5-7 experience in site or facility management.

    • Strong knowledge of building systems, safety protocols, and maintenance procedures.

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and facility management software.

    • Ability to manage budgets and analyze business trends.

    • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to work independently.

    Pay Details: $30.00 to $33.00 per hour
