Software Deployment Technician Job in Cleveland, Ohio:

Pay rate range: $17-19.00 per hour. Pay rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Onsite position with occasional travel between two Cleveland locations

The Software Deployment Technician will be vital team member in a large-scale Windows 10 to 11 Refresh project. This role will include auditing / scouting the current user base to understand the current state of their Windows workstation / environment to prepare for the migration. This Technician will then support business users with the installation and set-up of their new Thin Client device.

The ideal candidates will have a customer focused mindset and understanding of Windows 10.

Qualifications Software Deployment Technician Job in Cleveland, Ohio:

Experience with Windows 10 OS, Windows 11 OS is a large plus.

Thin Client experience is a desired but not required.

Customer Service experience.

Pay Details: $17.00 to $19.00 per hour
