    Akkodis is seeking a Solution Architect for a Contract job with a client in Chicago, IL(Hybrid). You will lead the design and integration of dashboards and reports, while support developers and ensuring data governance across cloud data platforms.

    Rate Range: $60/hour to $68/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

    Solution Architect job responsibilities include:

    • Design and architect scalable BI solutions tailored to client-specific business needs using tools like ThoughtSpot and IBM Cognos.

    • Lead the integration of ThoughtSpot Embed and Visual SDK into custom applications, ensuring seamless user experiences.

    • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications and data visualizations.

    • Oversee the development and maintenance of dashboards and reports, guiding developers and ensuring adherence to best practices.

    • Administer and optimize BI environments, including user access, data security, and performance tuning.

    • Develop and maintain technical documentation, architectural diagrams, and data flow models to support ongoing BI initiatives.

     

     Required Skills & Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.

    • Minimum of 7 years of experience in business intelligence architecture and development.

    • Expertise in ThoughtSpot Embed, REST APIs, and Visual Embed SDK for seamless integration with custom applications.

    • Advanced proficiency in IBM Cognos Analytics (11.x or later), including Framework Manager, Report Studio, and dashboarding.

    Pay Details: $60.00 to $68.00 per hour
