    Akkodis is seeking a Sr. AEM Developer for a Contract job with a client in Sunnyvale, CA. Responsibilities include developing and integrating AEM components and headless solutions, and managing full-stack development using Git, Jenkins, and modern front-end technologies.

    Rate Range: $51/hour to $58/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

     

    Sr. AEM Developer job responsibilities include:

    • Design, develop, and maintain AEM components and templates, including AEM Headless and DAM integrations.

    • Implement and consume RESTful and SOAP web services to support dynamic content delivery and system integrations.

    • Develop full-stack Java applications, ensuring seamless integration with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

    • Utilize Git for version control and Jenkins for CI/CD pipelines, ensuring efficient and reliable deployments.

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable AEM solutions and troubleshoot complex issues.

     

    Desired Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.

    • Minimum of 6–8 years in full-stack Java development, with at least 4 years of hands-on AEM experience.

    • Strong expertise in AEM (including AEM Headless and DAM), REST/SOAP APIs, and advanced Java/J2EE.

    • Proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and DevOps tools like Git and Jenkins for CI/CD.

    Pay Details: $51.00 to $58.00 per hour
