    Akkodis is seeking a Sr. Scrum Master for a Contract job with a client in St. Louis, MO. Responsibilities include guiding product teams through Agile practices and continuously improving team performance through facilitative leadership and innovative thinking.

    Rate Range: $70/hour to $75/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

    Sr. Scrum Master job responsibilities include:

    • Lead and coach Agile teams in applying Scrum principles, tailoring frameworks to fit the needs of data and analytics teams.

    • Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews to ensure team alignment and progress.

    • Remove impediments and resolve conflicts, fostering a collaborative and productive team environment.

    • Promote continuous improvement by encouraging experimentation, feedback, and innovation within teams.

    • Collaborate with stakeholders and leadership, ensuring transparency, managing expectations, and aligning deliverables with business goals.

    • Support onboarding and development of team members, contributing to a culture of learning and high performance.

     

    Desired Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business, or a related field.

    • Minimum 5 years of experience leading Agile teams in a Scrum Master role.

    • Proven experience implementing Agile practices with relevant certifications (e.g., SAFe, Certified Scrum Master).

    • Strong communication and facilitative leadership skills, with a preference for experience in Data & Analytics or Business Intelligence environments.

    Pay Details: $70.00 to $75.00 per hour
