    Akkodis is seeking a Support Executive for a contract job with a client in Morristown, NJ. You will be responsible for resolving transaction failures and ensuring compliance with card network regulations through proactive monitoring and troubleshooting.

    Rate Range: $45/hour to 49/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

     

    Support Executive job responsibilities include:

    • Monitor and resolve incidents in payment applications to ensure high availability and SLA compliance.

    • Provide L2/L3 technical support for transaction failures, card network integrations, and system connectivity issues.

    • Troubleshoot end-to-end payment card processes including authorization, clearing, and settlement.

    • Investigate disputes and manage chargebacks in line with card network regulations (e.g., Visa, Mastercard).

    • Collaborate with internal teams to deploy fixes, enhance system performance, and support fraud prevention.

    • Maintain documentation and generate reports on incidents, fraud trends, and system performance.

     

    Required Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

    • 6–8 years in application support, with at least 5 years in the payment industry.

    • Proven expertise in credit/debit card processing, including authorization, clearing, and settlement workflows.

    • Strong troubleshooting skills with hands-on experience in resolving transaction failures, disputes, and fraud-related issues.

    Pay Details: $45.00 to $49.00 per hour
