Support Executive

Akkodis is seeking a Support Executive for a Contract with a client in Mount Laurel, NJ. The ideal candidate is responsible for providing advanced production support, performing deep root-cause analysis, and ensuring stability, performance, and SLA adherence across enterprise data platforms.

Rate Range: $41/hour to $55/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Support Executive Job Responsibilities include:

• Provide L3 production support for enterprise data platforms leveraging Azure Data Lake (ADLS Gen2), Azure Databricks, PySpark pipelines, and TigerGraph.

• Perform deep root cause analysis (RCA) for data failures, performance bottlenecks, and critical production incidents.

• Troubleshoot and resolve batch and streaming data pipelines, Databricks clusters, workflows, and graph queries.

• Address data latency, ingestion, and data quality issues to ensure platform reliability and SLA compliance.

• Support production releases, hotfixes, and deployments while maintaining operational stability.

• Mentor L2 support teams, maintain runbooks and SOPs, and participate in on-call and shift-based support rotations.

 

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.

• 6–8 years of experience supporting enterprise-scale data platforms in a production environment.

• Strong hands-on expertise with Azure Data Lake (ADLS Gen2), Azure Databricks, and advanced PySpark troubleshooting and performance tuning.

• Proven experience providing L3 support for complex data pipelines and graph platforms such as TigerGraph, including RCA, production issue resolution, and SLA-driven operations.

Pay Details: $41.00 to $55.00 per hour
