    Akkodis is seeking a Technical Lead for a contract with a client in Dallas, TX. You will lead solution design and implementation, and guide development teams in delivering scalable, customer-centric Salesforce solutions.

    Rate Range: $56/hour to 71/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

     

    Technical Lead job responsibilities include:

    • Lead the design, development, and delivery of technical solutions aligned with business goals.

    • Guide and mentor development teams, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.

    • Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements and project roadmaps.

    • Oversee code reviews, performance tuning, and system architecture decisions.

    • Ensure timely delivery of high-quality software through effective project and resource management.

    • Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend innovations to improve system performance and scalability.

     

    Required Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.

    • Minimum 10 years of overall IT experience with strong leadership in Salesforce Service Cloud.

    • Proven expertise in designing and implementing scalable Service Cloud solutions.

    • Hands-on experience leading development teams and integrating Salesforce with external systems.

    Pay Details: $56.00 to $71.00 per hour
